Size: serves 10-12 people
We use Swiss meringue buttercream, which is fluffier and less sweet than American buttercream. We make all of our jams from scratch.

Strawberry Fields - Vanilla sponge layered with lemon Swiss meringue buttercream and homemade strawberry jam
Ginger Spice - Gingerbread sponge layered with caramac Swiss meringue buttercream and biscoff crunch
