What are the delivery options?

All cookies can be posted anywhere in the UK. We don’t offer collection, but if you live locally you can visit our bakery in Morris Park, Glasgow - you’ll find the address and opening times HERE.

We do not offer postage for cakes, apart from wedding tasting boxes.

We offer delivery for wedding cakes within 60 miles from our bakery for an additional charge.

Large custom cookie orders are always sent via DPD Next Day.

Where do you post?

We can post our cookies anywhere in the United Kingdom including Northern Ireland and all the islands using Royal Mail.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently post to the USA as standard. We can ship to other countries as well, but due to food shipping restrictions please contact us before placing an order.

When will my cookies arrive?

We send via Royal Mail Tracked 24, which usually takes between 1-3 working days. If your cookies haven’t arrived after 3 working days, please get in touch with us.

During holiday periods delivery may take longer.

A Royal Mail tracking link will be emailed on the day of dispatch so you can track the journey of your parcel. Royal Mail typically shows you a 2 hour delivery slot on the morning of delivery.

Please allow additional processing and shipping time for international orders.

How much is postage or delivery?

£5 for order up to 2kg and £7.50 for orders over 2kg. Delivery fee is automatically calculated at checkout.

Large custom and corporate orders are sent via DPD Next Day, a quote will be given after enquiry.
