How do I place an order?

Visit our cafe at 28 Minard Rd or shop page for the cookies we currently have in stock. We have cookies available in our shop daily. You can find the opening times and the address HERE

To place a custom order, please fill out our enquiry form for cookies or cakes and we will get back to you.

We don’t accept custom orders around holidays (Christmas, Valentines, Halloween, etc).

Do you deliver or post?

You can find more delivery info HERE.

We can post our cookies anywhere in the UK. We don’t offer international shipping (please stop asking 😂).

Please allow 1 full working day for order processing. During holiday periods, processing and delivery may take longer.

We only deliver wedding and extra large occasion cakes within 60 miles from Glasgow. Delivery is charged per mile.

We currently don’t offer local delivery for smaller cakes.

How long will cookies last for?

Cookies come heat sealed to lock in all flavours. You will find the best before date on the product page for each cookie and on the back of each cookie wrapper.

Do you offer vegan/gluten free products?

At the moment we do not offer decorated vegan or gluten free cookies. 

Our cakes can be made vegan or gluten free! Please check the allergy advice in our Cake FAQ before ordering by clicking here.

Are your products vegetarian?

All of our cookies and cakes are vegetarian! We do not use gelatin in any of our recipes.

I’m sending cookies as a gift. Will the payment information be included in the box?

We don’t include any receipts in the box, you will receive your order information via email. You can add a gift message to your order at checkout so the recipient will know who sent them these awesome cookies! Shop our cookies here.

How do you ensure the cookies will not break in transit?

We have successfully posted thousands of cookies across the UK. We use protective wrap for more fragile shapes and use padding to ensure the cookies don’t move around the box. We then use a corrugated cardboard box for extra protection.

I received a wrong order or my cookies arrived broken!

We’re so sorry that your order hasn’t arrived as expected. Please email us and include your order number, a description of the issue and a picture of any damage and we’ll get back to you ASAP to resolve this for you.
