Before you enquire, please read our FAQ’s below

  • We guarantee a best before date of at least 4 weeks from postage date for bespoke orders. Cookies come heat sealed individually.

  • At the moment we do not offer decorated vegan cookies. (We do offer vegan cakes though!)

  • We have nuts in the kitchen so if you have a severe allergy we strongly advise against eating them.

  • We probably could but we don’t want to…kill you 😜 we take allergies very seriously and because we use so much wheat flour when making cookies the risk of cross contamination is too high!

 

Order minumums:

We can create bespoke designs for you or personalise most designs from our shop. Please complete the form below for a quote. Minimum 2-3 weeks notice is required. Minimum spend for a fully bespoke order is £75.

Please note we are not able to send cookies outside the United Kingdom!

Availability:

Our diary is OPEN for orders from late March 2026! We require a minimum of 2-3 weeks notice for any order, but sometimes the waiting list may be longer.

We don’t accept custom orders around Valentines Day and Christmas.

We will not respond to incomplete forms so please take care to give us as much information as possible about your order.
